Chad Carter’s passion for helping organizations grow healthier has helped him develop a reputation for delivering results through people. Chad applies his years of experience to provide a practical focus on real business issues and moves from issues to relevant actions.
Chad’s 20+ years in the marketplace includes leadership of human resources and communications for the U.S. pet care division of M&M Mars, Sony/Provident Music Group, and most recently a consulting practice for healthcare providers. With a heart for ministry, Chad made the change several years ago to lead human resources and a significant cultural change for the International Headquarters of The Gideons International as their Senior Director.
The organizations Chad has worked with appreciate his interactive and practical approach. He currently serves on the Advisory Council for Christian Leadership Alliance, the Advisory Council for Lee University’s School of Business, and coaches business leaders for healthier outcomes.
Chad has authored one book called, The Five Attributes: Essentials of Hiring, and is working on his next book called, Predictive Hiring.
